Service terms

Cyber Damage Control provides remote WordPress troubleshooting and repair. Each request is assessed individually and work begins only after the scope, access requirements and price are agreed.

Scope and limitations

Repair outcomes depend on hosting access, backups, third-party services, the state of the site and the accuracy of the information provided. Complex rebuilds, forensic work, paid tools and work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for owning or being authorized to control the site, keeping backups where possible and providing accurate access or diagnostic information when requested.

Payments and communication

Payment, refunds and response expectations should be confirmed in the service channel used for the request, including third-party service channels where applicable.
